Position Summary

We are currently seeking an Associate Director SEO / Director - SEO to oversee and develop our SEO service offering and to help, develop, execute, and optimize Interactive Avenues most challenging SEO strategies for desktop, mobile, voice search, YouTube & App store optimization and UI & UX. This role includes direct management of SEO team members, serving as internal analyst for SEO, and oversight of all SEO team deliverables on-time-every-time. Account Management

• Be accountable for implementing, driving and optimizing clients /accounts SEO strategy
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Lead, coach and mentor the SEO team, ensuring the team has a vision and clear objectives
• Collaborate across various teams, e.g. coordinate content, design, social media, performance marketing and other activities
• Be a source of knowledge for all things SEO, proactively sharing ideas and recommendations to the rest of the teams
• Monitor key SEO KPI(s) and prepare and present reports regularly
• Stay up to date with SEO and digital marketing trends and methodologies
• Be a source of knowledge for all things SEO, proactively sharing ideas and recommendations to the rest of the teams
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Drive organic growth through upselling services to an existing client.
• Build relationships with key technology and emerging media vendors

Team Leadership & Development

• Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients performance and business objectives
• Drives adoption of stated account management best practices through example setting, positive reinforcement and behavioural correction
• Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members
• Conducts SEO reviews and career path plans for direct reports
• Provide training to their direct reports and bellow teams
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization

Qualifications

Education:

• An engineering graduate with a management degree from an institute of repute
• Between 10 years and 13 years of hands on SEO experience on desktop, mobile, voice search, YouTube, App store optimization and UI & UX preferably in an agency environment
