3 Years Exp as a ASM with big brand and should have handled mini 10 stores. Should have handled day to day retail store ops.
Job Description:
Should have handled 10 to 20 Store
Identifying and acquiring new locations, as well as increasing sales of existing stores base across the region.
Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
Reaching the targets and goals set for region.
Strong team building with ASM and store level.
Building up a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and stock planning as per previous sales trends.
Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
Prepare regular reports and conducting monthly meetings to review performance
Analyzing market trends and competitors activities in region.
Maintaining and increasing brand sales.
Reaching the targets and goals set for his dedicated area.
Establishing, maintaining and increasing customer base.
Servicing the needs of existing customers.
Make sure about the store ambience as per guideline.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for individual reps and Team as a whole
Recruiting and training sales staff
Allocating diff sales target to store manager ,sales representatives.
Enveloping sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
