We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Order Management
In this role, you will be responsible for 1) End to end Order Entry (2) Understanding of the OTC cycle (3) Reporting, interpretation & strategy building
Responsibilities- Understanding of the OTC cycle and where Order Entry fits
- To have an understanding of the Order Management process from the start to the end
- Understanding of the Supply chain industry specifically Steel Industry
- Should be capable of Design thinking
- Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase strong work ethics, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working and should be flexible w.r.t timings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Proficient in Excel and Advanced Excel
- Ability to interact with customer independently
- Facilitation skills/ excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to interact with all levels of management, strong presentation skills with clear and concise communication
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering / Masters in Engineering
- Any graduate degree or equivalent or Master s degree with a strong academic record
Preferred qualifications- Oracle EBS or any other ERP tool
- Worked in Steel Industry based order entry processes
- Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email
- Should be able to work independently and capable to lead projects
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift )
- Strong attention to detail.
