Incentive Compensation Analyst/Sales Compensation Analyst


Responsible for understanding the clients Incentive plan and working with project leads to
layout implementation plans
Understand Incentive compensation data, rules, and processes
Anticipate client needs and offer them an appropriate solution from time to time
Manage task delivery through defined communication rhythm
Ensure adherence to SOPs, data processing timelines resulting in error-free deliverables
Work with project leads to come up with correct task estimates and prioritize your own tasks
Move between projects under proper guidance
Attention to details

Product Knowledge:

Collaborate with the clients to implement, configure and support their global incentive compensation program and processes
Identify features/functionalities as a part of client interaction and provide suggestions for improvements in product
C. Data Management:

Working with the team to identify and resolve various data-related issues/questions
Interpret client requirements and convert those to system design
Interpret large sets of data for analysis, extract and represent data in excel for effective communication.
Analytical:

Troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Comprehend, analyze, and present data with insights
Client Engagement:

Engage with clients under the guidance
Understand clients requirements and discuss with seniors
Research and understand the clients business.
Communication:

Effectively communicate project proposals analysis design, outputs, and business insights
Collaborate with seniors to discuss solutions, client needs
Present information in a clear, concise, and logical manner, with a focus on key points
Education/Experience
Qualification Criteria-

Good understanding of the Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management space
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the consulting industry with experience in data management and project delivery.
Working knowledge of one or more tools like Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, R
BE/ B.Tech / BS (stats) from Tier-1 institute would be preferred
Proven track record of working with international/global clients and ability to coordinate/work with multiple stakeholders of the project
Agile project planning and project management skills
