Job Description
BA, SaaS - ITO/OTR
Collecting and interpreting data Analyzing results
Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
Defining new data collection and analysis processes
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, product teams and assigned project managers to develop scope, deliverables, resource planning & Timelines.
Have extensive experience in Order management Domain with complete understanding of end-to-end OTR (order-to-remittance) value chain.
Track & report new orders and expected revenue to ensure they align with contracts, Billing & revenue recognition requirements.
Manage team of data analysts working with product teams to support order tracking & Order KPI reporting
Investigate and resolve all subscription/Order related issues.
Maintain data integrity between sales, order, and financial systems, driving accurate reporting, billings, and revenue recognition.
Prepare schedules and reports for management regarding key metrics
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate
Data analyst, Experience working on Order Management, Pinpointing Trends and Patterns
Proven stakeholder management skills
Wide experience in order management supporting sales and billing in a sales-driven SaaS organization.
Expertise in scaling and managing through rapid revenue growth.
Proficiency as a problem-solver and agile multitasker who is flexible in thought and implementation and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
Clear communication skills and detail-oriented sensibilities.
Experience working with multiple CRM/ contract management systems such as Salesforce/People-soft/ Oracle
