Urgent Requirement_LINUX ADMINISTRATION-1_Pune_Full-time Job title : LINUX ADMINISTRATION-1 job type : Full-time Designation : Linux Admin Location : Pune Skills Required : Redhat,CentOS,SUSE,Ubuntu Experience : 3 to 5 Years Job Description: * Required Knowledge on different Linux Distributions types like Redhat, CentOS, Suse, Ubuntu and Debian with Basic Commands, Editors, Backup, Compressing tools and Network configuration. * Manage users & groups with SUDO privileges, Set the Basic File Permsision, Advance File Permission and ACL, Install and update software packages Using tools RPM, YUM and APT-GET. * Configure the Partitions, Create, Mount and use EXT4 & XFS file systems along with Configuration of LVM & RAID Levels mount file systems at boot by universally unique ID and SWAP configuration. * Knowledge of Boot Process, Enter the Single User Mode & Chroot Environment and configure services to start automatically at boot along with firewall service (Firewalld & SELinux). * Produce and deliver reports on system utilization (processor, memory, disk, and network), Network service configuration like HTTP, DNS, DHCP, NFS, SMB, SSH and NTP, Troubleshooting of kernel panic and Grub. * Leadership - handle technically challen ging and politically sensitive customer situations * Strong communications skills * Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. * Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly. * explain customer responsibil ities in resolving issue communicate next steps and status and inspire confidence. * The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues directly supports customers through telephone, email , and chat services as applicable. * Demonstrable troubleshooting skills Cross-team collaboration .
