The post holder is a key member of the development department. They are responsible for contributing towards the realization of the departments strategic direction.
The post holder has the responsibility for implementing the engineering function within a project or service team and usually a product area. The post holder may provide leadership across the areas of people, process and technical aspects of the software engineering discipline when appropriate. They are responsible for the software engineering output from themselves and, when appropriate, other developers under their supervision.
The post holder will be expected to work with some supervision and will have the authority for a medium degree of latitude in decision making. They will be expected to make decisions within the scope of their role and will be held accountable for the outcomes of these.
They will use their understanding of software development principles, patterns, practices and processes in the day-to-day tactical execution of their duty
Essential
- Academic Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, MCA with consistent academic performance from X, XII standards on wards.
- Experience: Minimum 6 Years.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, analytical, and design skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Highly experienced in ASP.NET, Web development, .NET stack Advanced level
- Hands-on experience in building Business applications in:
- NET MVC 5, ASP.NET routing
- AJAX technologies
- WCF, MS Web services, SOAP, REST, JSON
- ReactJS, Redux, React Hooks, Web pack, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML, CSS,
- Practiced Continuous Integration, TDD, TFS & GIT
- Strong with Database concepts, queries and familiarity in working with MS-SQL Server
- Knowledge of Software Design Patterns, Interoperability
Desirable
- Professional Certifications
- Exposure to OOAD
- Experience in Azure
- Experience in Unit Testing frameworks like MoQ, Type Mock
- Hands-on experience in designing small/medium sized applications.
- Experience within healthcare sector.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
