role:- cce or customer care executive / sr.
location: chhattarpur (mehrauli), new delhi- 1100030
process: domestic
role and responsibility:- you will be employed as a customer care executive.
- attending online queries through websites and developing sales leads.
- attending ivr calls and providing information required.
- develop good open communication and rapport with all clients.
- client handling, maintain records (vendor support and management)
- targeting new markets and increase sales through proactive sale and negotiation techniques.
- taking inbound and outbound call to educate the customer about the company`s product.facilitatedin increasing the sales over a given time
- engaging with the management team tostrategicsand define goals for the sales representatives.
- team handling, if required.
- responds to customer inquiries for information.
preferred candidate requirement:

- excellent verbal and written communications skills
