Job Description

Project Brief: Wipro is looking for experienced Technical analyst/Support consultant with responsibility of deployment & support of Flexcube core banking application (FCC/FCR) including the interface components and reports.

Qualifications: BE/BTech/MCA/MBA-IT
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRA)
Exposure to Flexcube L2 Production Support process Mandatory
- Good to have experience on version 11.3; Pl. do specifyexpertise area on business modules
- Expertise in Incident and Request Management
- Expert level skills in UNIX &Oracle - Mandatory
- Excellent Communication Skills with ability to engage at middle management level of bank - Mandatory
- Should have worked for a L2 Prod Support role in a Large Commercial Banking background and with around 3-6 years exp ( Mandatory)
- Need to able to work in weekends and shifts by turns Mandatory
- Have expert knowledge on Autosys, batches and trouble shooting.
- Prior experience & ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues, logs escalated by L1 team - (Mandatory)
- Capable of taking tasks that are only roughly defined yet involve complex interactions with other tasks and projects and translating them into concrete initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically
- Self-motivated and able to take on responsibility
- Able to think on own feet
- Good organizer
- Good understanding of Domain for Flexcube and functions of the areas within a Bank. Pl. specify level of expertise in different modules basis past experience.
