Kindly help with Finacle 10X L2 profiles on Finacle Services (WAS, Core Session, Finlistval, C-24, Uniser), Finacle Integrator. Knows logs analysis on ATM, POS, UPI, IMPS, FI at Finacle end Finacle - Loans & Limits Finacle - Retail, NEFT RTGS
Finacle-10X L2, customization EOD, POD, Brach IT
1. Location : Bangalore/Mumbai
2. The opening is for L2 support role.
3. The role demands for the engineer to work in shifts, including night shift.

Job description:
Key skills required for the job are: Finacle version 10.X-L2, Finacle-L2, (Mandatory). As an Administrator, you should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues. Should be able to analyze the issue and revert with workaround (immediate basis, if the issue has dependency on OEM) / fix the issue so that banks BAU is not impacted. Ensure proper analysis and quick resolution for the issues reported. Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. Should be capable of providing initial RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower. Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement. Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination. Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports. Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis. Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Work on the service improvement programs. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects. Training of new team members. Able to work on Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documents Minimum work experience: 3 - 5 YEARS
