We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in HYDERABAD, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as Level 3 technical support in effectively resolving or escalating customer account incidents and inquiries related to access or account management services support across multiple environments and technology platforms.
- Track and complete relevant IAM-related requests/issues via ticket system. Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place, and provide guidance to approvers as needed, prior to taking action on tickets
- Oversight, support, and daily administration of various account access, including on/off boarding. This role will administer system access, perform various audit functions, and provide support to technology infrastructure projects.
- Execute and maintain daily termination process for terminated employees ensuring proper deprovisioning of user accounts takes place.
- Partner with Enterprise IAM team to facilitate IAM and support the overall IAM strategy in collaboration with Solar IT partners
- Serve as the escalation point for emergency access removals for Solar employees and contractors
- Maintain and implement security automation scripts for automated account management
- Research, recommend, and implement changes to standard operating documentation to continuously evolve and enhance identity management capabilities
- Execute weekly and monthly account audits, and support SOX IT audit efforts related to IAM
- Partner with IT project managers to ensure solutions are aligned to Cybersecurity, IAM policies, procedures, and directives
- Provide backup support as needed to Firewall Rule execution space
- Partner with Enterprise Security to provide support on Vera DRM solution to execute DRM policy add/update/remove requests, and troubleshooting
- Assist IT partners with TLS cert renewal as needed when IT partners are notified from for cert renewal
- Monitor open file share logs and take action to engage share owners to ensure the shares are secured
- Monitor disk space logs on servers and endpoints that are flagged for low disk space, and engage asset owners for clean up
- Support user requests to review and establish connectivity to Internet URLs that are blocked by the proxy server policies.
Ongoing Training and Certification:
- Identity and Access Management analysts are expected to attain relevant certifications and grow as Cybersecurity professionals. This is accomplished through internal and external Cybersecurity training opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years previous Information Technology and/or Cybersecurity experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, PingFederate, Microsoft Authenticator, OAuth framework, SSO, Federated Identity Management concepts
- Familiarity with Vera DRM
- Understanding of networking protocols and fundamentals
- Active CISSP Certification
- Experience in global infrastructure design and implementations
- Previous experience with Risk Management concepts
- Previous experience with Project Management (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- GIAC Certifications, Security+, other relevant Industry Security Certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
