Role Description
Role: Territory Sales Executive (Retail)
Role Summary:
Representing IBO for a defined sales territory with an objective of driving retail/ outlet penetration and growing sales for an assigned product category.
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities: As an IBO employee, you will be responsible for the following on daily basis:
Acquire the business for the channel for a specific category and grow the business of the retailer through a mutually value added partnership
Acquisition- Prospect new retailers, present the opportunity to acquire the retailer.
Manage- (i) Maintain relationship with retailers by providing information, recommending new opportunities and seamless delivery/ returns.
You help the retailer expand into newer categories or add on through existing categories by understanding the requirements, dissemination of market information and offering the right solution
Collection as per credit terms.
Nurture- Assist Retailer sales growth through regular visits, timely material service and scheme communication.
Be the customer advocate by ensuring very high service levels pertaining to order placement.
You act as KAM ( K e y A c c o u n t M a n a g e r ) for the customer with the purpose of giving him a single window for anyproblem resolution & suggestions.
