Job Description
Desktop support engineerFor wipro project client Kotak Bank,deloite
JD:-Should be able to handle issue related to desktop and laptop
Should be able to communicate with customer and backend team
Can troubleshoot windows 10 issue
Incident / problem determination and resolution on Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.
Installation and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, messaging clients
Installation & troubleshooting of printers related issues.
Configure, update & troubleshooting on Antivirus software
Patch management for desktops ensure critical patches are updated on schedule
Desktop Imaging
