Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Installation and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, messaging clients Installation & troubleshooting of printers related issues. Configure, update & troubleshooting on Antivirus software Patch management for desktops ensure critical patches are updated on schedule Desktop Imaging
