- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in developing Mobile Applications using Kony technology
- Minimum 1-2 year hands-on experience on Kony DBX/Infinity
- Knowledge of MVC/MVVM framework
- Knowledge of Design patterns used in Mobile Applications (like Singleton)
- Ability & Experience of creating architecture of mobile application
- Ability & Experience of creating end to end architecture
- Ability & Experience of working on any backend based solution (Java/Dot Net)
- Knowledge and experience of working with security aspects of mobile app development Hands-on experience in consuming WebServices (SOAP, ReST)
- Experience of developing & integrating various native frameworks & libraries
- Working knowledge on source control like SVN, GitHub, TFVC
- Eagerness & ability to mentor junior staff and assign tasks to team members
- Knowledge and experience of uploading apps in App Store/Play Store
- Experience of working with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Good communication skills & ability to work as a team player or as an individual developer''
