Roles and Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of Operations Metric, People Practices (Attrition, Shrinkage, Quality, CSAT)
• Customer service oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care process and techniques.
• Have knowledge of Operational SLA, KPIs and KRAs
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 1 year experience as Team Leader in BPO
• Have experience in Inbound customer service
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred
