We are hiring for 3D motion Graphics artist/Designer

Duties and responsibilities:
- Expected to have high-end digital skills and are an expert with interactive media software, which could include graphic design and video editing.
- Agile at brainstorming, coming up with custom graphics that transmit ideas across digital platforms.
- They should be deadline driven, organized and detail-obsessed.
- They should have top-notch interpersonal and communication skills, be self-starters, and be able to work independently.
- Thinking creatively and independently design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Collaborate with the Project team, content writers to build design strategy with specific emphasis on visual storytelling motion graphics.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements/VO/music to enhance motion graphics
- Understand the design brief and collaborate accordingly with the team members.
- Experience in Adobe suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and 3Ds Max is a MUST. Knowledge in chroma keying in After effects and Premiere.
- Design/ create enticing motion graphics, MOAs, and infographic videos and enable various media including web, mobile, tablet, etc.
- Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Experience and understanding of colour theory and colour management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods, and techniques.
- Knowledge of global trends and understanding of latest design techniques across the globe
- Think outside the box and create design solutions that work.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- Suggested software proficiency: 3Ds Max, Adobe After effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop
