Designation: Associate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Maximize performance on sales and quality objectives for the circle

- Ensure quality sourcing of new customers to sell different life insurance/health insurance products

- Team handling of Sales Managers and Advisors

- Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values

- Develop a new market strategy

- Generate new leads and business

- Position of team leader

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ Years in Sales and Marketing in the insurance sector

- CTC: Salary + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits

- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll

- Age: 21 to 38 years

- Education: Any Graduation

- Good Communication Skill
