Desired Candidate Profile
- Ensure Completion of jobs and calls with lower turn-around-time and as per the defined SLAs
- Resource and Requirement Management
- Interfacing with other development teams, functional consultants, client partners and attending review meetings with stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance of ISO procedures
- Training and mentoring team members
- The candidate should be well versed with working on Visual Studio and the various .NET frameworks and also older technologies like classic ASP, VB 6.0 and Sharepoint.
- Should be able to guide team on defining system architecture for new application development projects.
- Candidate should understand customer/product expectations from Client Partners and Product Owners and ensure development as per specifications provided.
- Work on OR Review effort estimates of requirements
- Ensure that timelines and efforts are shared with Product Owners so that release can be planned.
- Review jobs with Team leads Requirement/Schedule management, Resource Management Ensure proper application testing to achieve work quality
- Manage escalations Review overall ticket queue - to ensure action being taken by respective teams
- Ensure system architecture / tech improvements Work on Process improvements (Development Process/Technology/Security) with Leads/QA to ensure continual improvement
- Support and guide Leads (and team as a whole) w.r.t. releases, estimations, migrations, processes, testing, etc.
- Provide RCA for defects Day to day fire-fighting (for defects and issues)
- Attend all review meetings to understand Management expectations.
Essential: Engineering graduate
Preferred: Certification in PMP, Prince. Certification in Software Architecture, TOGAF
REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential: 20 + years- experience in Project Management and Software Development in Microsoft Technologies (Application as well as Databases)
Preferred: Managed teams of 50+ with multiple sub-teams Manage to Schedule & Efforts
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Essential: Good communication skills. Good Interpersonal skills Project Management (including Resource, Requirement, and Risk Management) Attention to detail and innovative.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
