Operations Objectives

  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust staffing levels real-time to ensure targets are met
  • Identify gaps in knowledge base and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct periodic quality monitoring for all employees and processes overseen
  • Ensure service level adherence for assigned and managed operational procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned operational processes
  • Serve as main point of contact for partners

Personnel Objectives

  • Oversee training and development of team
  • Clearly communicate job and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Monitor, appraise, and review job contributions of direct reports during periodic performance reviews
  • Administer timely performance improvement plans
  • Create a personal development plan for continued learning and growth
  • Complete assigned trainings in a timely manner

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time staffing levels and operations volumes
  • Conduct periodic quality monitoring reviews for all employee and processes overseen
  • Create personnel action plans for direct reports
  • Complete/monitor assigned operational tasks (daily or weekly) within target service level time frame
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve operational effectiveness within team
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all procedures as assigned
  • Customer Support Supervisor
  • Card delivery and activation
  • Customer profile updates
  • Product and rewards
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years customer service experience
  • 2+ years management experience
  • 1+ years experience with a start-up environment
  • 1+ years experience in banking, fintech, or call Center

AVAILABLE SHIFTS :

Full Time:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm
10:30 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm
8am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday
