Job Description
The Job details is as follows us:-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the services over the phone.
Address any questions or issues customers may have.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
Meeting weekly or monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Candidate Requirements:-
1.Good communication skills with a pleasing personality.
2.Good in customer handling.
3.Ability to perform well under pressure.
4.Fresher or experience both can consider.
5.Sales experience in Banking/Financial sector or outbound bpo is preferred.
6.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Qualification:-Graduate/ BE/MBA (Last semester student can also apply)
Both Male & Female can apply.
Salary offered:-10000/pm- 30000/pm + Lucrative Incentives.
office timing:- 10 am - 8 pm
Age Criteria - 21- 28 year
