'Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Head
Generating high quality appointments from the senior sales team.
Lead the pitch development process
Ensure effective prospecting, up/cross selling, pipeline development
Ensure that the sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
Organize and hold pipeline review meetings with sales teams
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reporting to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats
Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Collaborate with other departments in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the companys growth
Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process and help increase value of collaterals
Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Practice teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Working on scripts with the team, making ongoing amendments as necessary.
Build a solid inside sales / lead generation team that exceeds sales goals. Setting and tracking sales targets of the team
Monitor team productivity and motivate team to reach daily / weekly goals
Ensure the consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organization
Serve as coaches for accounting executives, providing them with recommendations on strategies for business/sales growth
Play a vital role in the resolution of intra-departmental conflict among personnel database.
He/she is expected to lead by example, driving the rest of their team unto achieving expected results.
Conduct reviews of performance with the team. This is to ensure the teams alignment to the plan.
Inspire and foster a high-performing sales culture
Requirements
This position requires someone who is an expert in the industry, as he/she will have to handle tasks that will require in-depth know how of the prevailing trends.
Excellent people management skills and an ability to drive sales results.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
Strong work ethics and leading the team by example
Ability to work in self-directed, fast paced entrepreneurial environment
Creativity and ability to be a problem solver; with willingness and ability to figure out things on the fly
Flexibility in work schedules
Ability to understand online metrics and analytics, and communicate ROI

Ability to develop sales presentations, position statements, messages, and other sales collateral
Proven ability to negotiate successfully and close complex contract
