Candidate should have 1 -3 yrs of Experience (relevant Service Desk experience)
Must be a Graduate.

Flexibility for 24*7 shifts
Generic IT troubleshooting skill - Preferred A + certified
High level overview of data center technologies
ITIL process knowledge
Knowledge of Remedy or any ticketing tool
Strong Communication skills
