Job Description
1. Monitor chat groups on Soft Skills, turn around time and check for SOP adherence and provide real time feedback
2. Monitor the client information sheet per nutritionist per week using the quality form
3. Publish weekly reports to the management
4. Share mid program feedback received from clients with the Nutritionists
5. Ensure any escalations received are closed in 48 hours by ensuring timely follow ups with the Head Nutritionists.
6. Ensure team's compliance to the SOP
7. Ensure continuous process improvement
8. Monitoring all modes of client interactions (calls, chats and emails)
9. Providing feedback to all departments to help improve customer experience
10. Analyze data and trends and publish reports weekly
11. Ensure participation in all team reviews and meetings
12. Promote the brand value and the vision of the company in all interactions
13. Ensure adherence to the 4 pillars of holistic health and maintain a healthy
lifestyle and remain fit
