Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Payment Systems Intelligence
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, scoping, and Model Future of PFDs real time alerting mechanism for CNP / POS channels
Responsibilities
You will be working with the risk function of a large banking client and will involve daily data analysis, regular reporting on real-time transaction data, fraud analysis, model development, testing, evaluation etc. The role would also involve interaction with various stakeholder groups including business owners, compliance teams, Internal and External Auditors
Your activities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Update Vital Signs (VS) thresholds logic for POS and CNP Perform segmentation analysis and develop logic revisions based on segments.
- Update VS eligibility criteria to exclude certain MCCs Many CNP and POS FPs were caused by large tax payments.
- Develop CNP/POS models like DRP to complement Vital Signs alerting.
- Leverage information from other tools. Lead a skilled group of analysts and be proficient with the broad range of skills commonly used by a consulting firm.
- Maintain strong client focus by building strong relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings.
- Experience with GRC tools will be an advantage
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications/skills
- Advanced degree in data science, analysis, and/or mathematics.
- Experience in analyzing large data sets, performing segmentation analysis, developing logic on segments, and criteria to identify true positive/false positive alerting.
- Ability to work independently performing analysis, while integrating analysis with larger team efforts to enhance and deploy new alerting model.
- Good report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities.
- Position requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
Preferred qualifications/skills
- Previous experience in transaction data analysis, fraud analysis a plus.
