Job Description
*Delivery Excellence Lead
ROLE DESCRIPTION: Aspirant needs to have strong communication, be assertive and strong in Project / Program Management. The role will require to be engaged with delivery teams across accounts/client projects for various initiatives under delivery assurance & excellence.
Responsibilities include
- Engage with delivery / project teams of critical projects to do a periodic review to keep the project on track
- Engage with project teams when the project goes in Red and help project team to work-out a go-green plan and be back on track.
- Drive delivery excellence tenets across projects for overall delivery capability upscaling
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience: 7-10Yrs
- Expertise in Project Management areas - planning, tracking, risk management, change management, estimating/budgeting, resource planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, expectation management, conflict management & issue management.
- Must have managed projects as Sr Project Manager or Delivery Manager in various lifecycle models Agile, Applicaiton developmet and maintenance, Support, Release based etc and various finance models Fixed Price, Time and Material, Managed Capacity etc.
- Must have experience of handling large projects with multivendor scenario
- Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization along with excellent customer focus.
- Experience in preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports.
- Strong written & verbal communications.
- Prior experience of working in Delivery Excellence / Assurance team would be an added advantage
- Must have implemented Delivery Excellence initiative leading some of them single handedly
- Must have good understanding of quality process as part of project delivery
- A recognized project management certification will be an added advantage
