Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Automation QA Lead
We are looking for a candidate with experience in quality test automation planning and development using Java or equivalent object-oriented language.
Responsibilities
Expertise in web application automation through Selenium Java, TestNG, and Maven
Working knowledge of Mobile automation (Appium) for native/hybrid apps
Experience in rest service automation through ready API tools.
Develop Test Scripts to implement Features, Test scenarios, and Step-Definition for BDD (Behavior Driven Development) using Cucumber (Gherkins format)
Knowledge of different testing Frameworks like JUnit, TestNG
Working Knowledge of CI/CD jobs setup for web automation and API service automation scripts
Experience using Selenium Grid and Docker for cross-platform and cross-browser testing by running the Test scripts on various virtual machines
Ability to understand the system, design test approach, and test scenario creation
Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes
Knowledge and extensive experience in various types of testing like Unit, integration, smoke, functional, regression, performance, etc.,
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Masters /Equivalent
Excellent knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
Well-versed with Bug Life Cycle and involved in Bugs Tracking & Bug Report Document.
Working experience in JIRA
Preferred qualificationsnother characteristic protected by applicable laws.
