Job Description

The role involves design and solutions for new Billing Projects using Oracle Utilities Products CC&B/C2M.

Control project from start to finish and ensure high quality, innovative functional/technical design.

Produce detailed blueprints/specifications according to business requirements.

Ensure the work is carried out according to standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Mentor/Develop other consultants to create a knowledge base.

Your Future Duties And Responsibilities

Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) or C2M solution architect: Techno-Functional expert on Oracle CC&B/C2M Very Strong experience of setting up Oracle CC&B/C2M Billing system through the solution and design and support on implementation In-depth knowledge of Utilities Billing System Individual contribution capability to multiple projects/services Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders including prospective clients Ability to participate in Business Development Activities in the Utilities Domain and solutions Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role At least 2 full life cycles experience in Design and implement the end to end Solution Strategy for any of the C2M, CCB Solution. Function as SME for Solution decisions, reviews and oversees design and development Should have strong process and implementation knowledge in the below areas. Customer Management Meter Manageme
