Responsibilities

Get insights of the role and develop a thorough understanding of it

Conduct a thorough market research and strategize on the implementation accordingly

Browse through different channels and identify the right potential to map it with the right requirement

Proactively and diligently manage internal and external communications across channels including but not limited to Emails, Chats, In-person meetings, Phone conversations

Skills and Qualification

Recruitment exp in BFSI 

Must be able to work on and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Good communication skills
