Job Description
Product Head
Drive the product planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and convert them into product ideas
Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Define the product strategy and roadmap, guide a product from conception through design and into wide release
Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Define KPIs to measure product success
Run beta and pilot programs for new business initiatives
Understanding of financial services, agritech landscape, and the competition, seek opportunities for differentiation
Make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses.
Willingness to travel to meet business stakeholders and customers
Education/Experience
Qualifications -
4 - 10 years of proven work experience in product management
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with an understanding of technology trends
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a product-based environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MBA/BE degree in Business and/or Technology
