Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Genome Community Operations
Responsibilities:
- Help drive change in learner behavior leading to Genome adoption and how people learn
- Own Genome change and communications across the ecosystem of LnD, Gurus, Learners , Genome Team and other internal stakeholders
- Engage with internal Genome teams and stakeholders for effective & timely communication covering FAQs, HR buddy corpus, learner comms in Genome and other channels
- partner with Corporate comm team to ensure Genome visibility & presence at all key communication channels; adhere to Genpact & Genome brand guideline, tone & voice
- lead all stakeholder connects like Listening In Sessions; and maintain distribution lists of target audience for comms
- Team engagement and governance Own experience, planning and implementation of Townhalls, Social Connect
- Excellent communication skills and creative content - written and spoken; ability to articulate a clear vision to multiple stakeholders altering message, voice, approach per the audience
- Stakeholders & Leadership communication
- Execution orientation with ownership and agile mindset; high attention to detail
- Use of Office tools and creating compelling stories, familiar with working in virtual collaboration platforms like MsTeams , co-editable docs in sharepoint, email tools like Poppulo etc
- Curious to learn about this evolving space and comfortable with technology/ platforms
- Knowledge of Genome
- Knowledge of Design thinking and/or Agile methodologies, tools and techniques
