Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Vendor Master
In this role, you will be responsible Supplier Setups, Amendments, and Issue resolutions in on various Oracle and SAP ERP instances/Aravo/Support Central platform
Responsibilities
Setup Vendors on various Oracle and SAP ERP instances
Supplier Master Maintenance
Perform Bulk Updates on Vendor Setups
Bank Screening for Vendors
Vendor payment issue resolutions
Proactively manage issues and risks RCCA driven
Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in Vendor Master Management
Vendor Master Experience
Basic understanding of the principles of the Supply Chain Management
Knowledge of Oracle Applications Release 12 / SAP and higher
Ability to communicate effectively
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college
Rich experience of A/p / Vendor Master
Basic understanding of the principles of the Supply Chain Management
Knowledge Support Central Workflow
Ability to communicate effectively
Preferred qualifications
Understanding of Aravo/Support Central Vendor Setup Platform
Shared service center experience in a multinational environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion to understand processes & enhance efficiencies
Focus on problem resolution to eliminate reoccurrence.
Proficient IT skills including MS Office.
