Inviting applications for the role of Manager Assistant Manager, Talent Hub
Consulting is Genpact s one of the most promising growth engines and to support the same Project North star has been started as a strategic growth initiative passionate about enabling new technologies and ways of working that will allow us to optimally and efficiently handle the significant growth, scale, and complexity of our TS business over the next 3-5 years. As part of the same, a new team has been formed as the Talent HubTeam which has many exciting opportunities with the job description below
Responsibilities
Executive presence and ability to get along with senior (B3+) partners
Deep understanding of G and the organization structure
Independently complete Resource Enablement Processes, including Deriving Resourcing Mix, Deployment, Reporting, Tracking etc.
Have ability to build positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills
Proficient in Ms Office skills especially in Ms Excel
Understanding of Utilization and financial metric concepts and their application
A high level of attention to detail, who is a highly organized self-starter
Experience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, handling conflicting priorities
Preferred qualifications
Good understanding of Staffing and resource deployment life cycle
