Job Description Digital Marketing Specialist

Avantive Solutions is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, and whilst ideally, youd have a broad digital marketing background, were flexible and happy to train the right candidate in new areas. Where you really need a strong track record is in implementing Facebook Advertising, Google-Ads and/or SEO either agency or client-side. Our work covers everything from SEO, Email Marketing, Website Builds, Content through to Attribution Modelling and Programmatic Advertising so the work is varied and tons of opportunity to learn and build your digital marketing experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facebook Advertising

  • Developing the overall funnel strategy for clients to ensure both the ad account and website are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible
  • Installing and managing Facebook pixels, event tracking and Conversion API knowledge would be a bonus
  • Creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences
  • Building out campaign frameworks inside ad accounts
  • Optimizing and scaling campaigns
  • Providing reports which include ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as creative direction for clients.
  • Communicate with the team to ensure deadlines are met.

Google-Ads

  • Building highly targeting PPC campaigns in Google-Ads
  • Detailed optimization to deliver exceptional results.
  • Media planning, campaign builds, conversion tracking, reporting, and budget management
  • A/B testing ad copy, landing pages
  • Suggesting campaign improvements to meet conversion goals
  • Creating paid search strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Showing initiative in identifying areas for improvement in the account
  • Performing in depth PPC & commercial analysis at times to optimize performance

SEO

  • Up to date understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Design and implement SEO strategy aimed at increasing rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Thorough understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, keyword mapping and link building strategies
  • Experience with industry SEO tools e.g., Accuranker, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC
  • Experience running and implementing SEO technical audits
  • Understanding of GMB
  • Keep up to date with Google's algorithm changes and SEO trends.

Desired Experience

  • Experience with CMS platforms ideally WordPress, Umbraco
  • Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization principles
  • Experience with Email platforms ideally Mailchimp
  • Experience with and understanding of tagging, tracking and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience using and setting up reporting in Google Data Studio

  • Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential
  • Friendly, approachable, easy to work with.
  • Keen to learn, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us
  • Self-starter, motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently.
  • Comfortable with data able to interpret information and turn it into actionable insight and results
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Youll be passionate about digital marketing and keep up with all the new technologies and trends within the industry.
