Job Responsibilities:
- Head the Automation Testing team and function
- Assist Senior QA Manager in mentoring and managing manual/automation QA team of 20+ members
- Hands-on experience of automation testing, Mobile site/app testing, Device testing, Performance/Load testing
- Work with QA team members and with development teams to ensure proper testing coverage of the module / component
- Report software defects in a detailed and efficient manner
- Work with development teams on quicker resolution of module / component defects
- Participate in the QA process improvement and innovation
- Understanding of different SDLC phases and QA procedures
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of overall relevant experience in Manual, Automation & Database Testing
- At least 5+ years of experience of Selenium Webdriver + Java
- Prior experience in leading a team of 5+
- Prior experience in working with a BDD framework
- Prior experience in evaluating testing tools is a must
- Should have prior knowledge of web technologies
- Should be proficient in one scripting language at least
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
- Strong communications skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud preferred
- Prior experience of any performance testing tools is a plus
- Prior experience of service API testing, SOAP UI is a plus
