Requirements:
Bachelors / Masters Degree or any equivalent qualification.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is advantageous.
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills (Written && Verbal).
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Appointment of Retailers and Direct Dealer in Vacant Area.
Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
Ensuring that the store of channel partners is adequately stocked with company products.
Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
Analyze and recommend enhancement in profitability through asset protection, cost control achieve all
companys objectives.
Ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies.
Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales
performance.
Conducting Plumber Meets or Farmer Meets at customer location.
Identify the need of Branding and Marketing Activities.
