Please note that current Onrole Training experience of 4 or 5 years in Life Insurance Sales is a must to apply for this job.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategize plans to improve overall performance of all the regions.
Conducting trainings on Products, process, selling skills, MWPA, business insurance etc to improve skill level of bankers, wealth managers, sales consultants & sales Managers.
Major focus on Semi Urban, vintage inactive Locations, degrowing branches, non performing consultants & also support Team in enrolling for IRDA certification.
Training employees on IRDA certification process & increasing SP certification numbers in every branch.
Conducting more training for degrowing branches & inactive bankers.
Desired profile:
Life insurance with Training Experience of at least 3 years or more.
Should have great career progression someone who had grown from ground level to middle manager
Not a job hopper
Locality or local experience is preferable but not mandatory
Desire to work with sales managers & assistant sales managers develop, motivate them to achieve their goals.
