Job Description
The Role:Accountant
Location:808 WESTEND MALL 9TH FLOOR CYGNOR HEALTHCARE PVT LTD NEW DELHI, India
Tasks and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and month-end account activities including accounts receivables and payables
- In charge for punching voucher entries on Tally ERP like payments, receipts, journal Vouchers, sales, purchase, expenses, foreign fluctuation etc in a timely manner
- Strong working knowledge in Tally ERP and MS suite applications like excel, word, etc and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
- A strong configuration skill in various tax laws like GST, RCM, TDS, ESI, PF etc
- Recording voucher entries for all daily transactions in Tally ERP
- Responsible for cost centre-based accounting and daily bank reconciliation
- Well versed in proper filing of vendors bills with vouchers
- Document the current process while suggesting ways to improvise it
What we are looking for -
- 0-3 years in Finance and ERP background
- Excellent in working on day-to-day accounting function and hold a strong understanding of the complete process.
- Should have worked in SAP and have know-how in migration of ERP
- Well organized in daily task updates
- Good communication skills
- Proven work history, strong work ethic and team-player attitude
- Close work relationship
- Innovation & Teamwork skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate only
- Prior experience of working in same type of setup is an added advantage
