Job Description

Working Hours 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Candidates Profile: Minimum 2 years - 6 years of Experience in US Staffing.
The position will begin initially as WFH assignment for few weeks and will be onsite once office opens.
Roles and Responsibilities Working on direct & preferred vendor IT client requirements on a day to day basis.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.
Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment
Good understanding of IT terminology and US staffing industry.
Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
Should be having hands on experience on working with direct clients
