Job Description

Exp:- 3+yr (1 yr of exp into Diagnostic Industry)
Location:- Manglore (Hubli)

Relationship Management existing customer base through :
o Regular visits to customer sites, understand and resolve any issue at customer sites
o Monitoring business at each existing customer site
o Ensuring smooth work flow of logistics and reporting at customer sites
o Handle all service related queries from customers and act as one point of contact for
customers
Work on lost customer database and try to regain these customers by:
o Visiting the customers, understand the reason for loss of business and try to resolve
issues related to specific customers
o Reassuring customers of our services
Acquiring new corporate customers (retail customers: Laboratories and Hospitals) by:
o Covering specified geography through regular field visits
o Meeting prospective customers regularly and understanding their requirements
o Take support from Marketing executives & / or Product Executive to resolve any
queries from customers (if need be)
Getting MOUs signed at new customer sites and monitoring performance of each customer
acquired
Using sales materials like brochures, pamphlets generated by marketing to optimal use
Monitoring availability of such material and informing stores in advance for any material
required to be printed
Planning of new logistics routes (in coordination with the Management, Team Leader and
Logistics team) to cover new customers acquired and guide logistics team
Supporting in identification of new locations for new centers (to work in coordination with
Marketing team and Logistics team), support setting up of new centers of
Covering outstation customers as discussed and decided by supervisor and Management of
Follow-up on payments from customers regularly taking updates from accounts department
