Identify Talent Sources
Lead Recruitment & Train DLT - Interviewers for Employee Performance Dimension Recruitment
Success Measure: 100% Staffing and 0% Effort Days Lost due to Vacancy
2.On - boarding (Trainings) Own On-boarding for the entire Organization
Systemic On-boarding Content according to roles
Facilitate organizational and Functional on-boarding by the distributor and functional owner respectively
Qualification & Assessment Measures as per iMc.
3.Compensation & Benefits
Drive Performance Management by implementing Performance Driven Salary Increments as per ranges
Ensure variable pay computation as per the role parameters.
Ensure timely and accurate administration of monthly pay roll by 7th of the month.
4.Performance Management
Ensures 100% DLT members have Work-plan as per JBP.
Ensure Monthly VP data is converted to Performance Ranking (MPR) leading to yearly performance ranking (CPR).
Drives Succession Planning at site esp. for critical talent roles.
5.Drive iMc to enhance Organizational Productivity
Adopt HR Best Practices in Site Work Processes
6.Lead HR Standard Operating Procedures
a.)Organization Health Assessment and analysis (at least twice a year)
b.) Statutory Compliance
Shops and Estd act
Minimum Wages Act
Provident Fund
Employee State Insurance Corp.
Payment of Bonus
Equal Remuneration Act
Child Labour
Maintain and display list of holidays in the organization
Maintenance of Registers as per above enactments
(E.g., Service register, Wages, Bonus, Muster
Rolls, PF, ESI)
Exhibit Forms from Enactments in the Establishment as applicable (Minimum Wages, Standing Orders, etc)
7.Coach & groom ADHRE , Hub DHRE
Educate on iMc driven work-processes
Develop and Coach on HR Subject Matter
8.Resolve employee related issues
- Communication within organization
- Facilitate two-way communication between Distributor and employees-coordinate open-hour, meetings
maintain notice board etc.
