FunctionControl Systems
Job Context/Purpose
Understands object-oriented software design methodology and creates software designs, implements as well as integrates software components and modules. Should be able to carry out developmental testing of the software components and modules. Also be able to develop and integrate testing of the builds.
Key responsibilities:

Designing
Create design artifacts and relevant documents per project requirements adhering to safety standards of avionic components of the aircraft
Comply, Develop and Improve requirement/design/coding standards Mishra C, DO178 C Level A, DO331 and MAAB
Meets project timelines
Work/supports process improvements, kaizen, ideas, work instructions
Identify/escalate/resolve technical risks on design and coding activities.
Innovate solutions to technical problems
All the artifacts to be configured using well configuration tool chain like IBM Rational, Clear case
`1.Functional
Execution & Implementation
Create design artifacts as per specifications and client requirements.
Implement designs per standards using Avionics Development Processes
Comply to the organization standards for the design and development activities
Support/Initiate innovation in design, implementation, development-process
Test/Verify implemented functionality
Support Internal Audit activities- conduct, closure, follow-up, actions.
2.Managerial
Collaboration with model and coding lead managers and team members to resolve issues.
Motivate team members to improve efficiency and quality of work.
Report issues to managers
Educational Qualification MTech Controls (Mechanical, Aerodynamics, Electrical, Mechatronics)
Location : Bangalore
Duration: Long term contract
Experience required for the role (Also specify type/industry if necessary)3 to 6 Years
Experienced in C / C++ programming
Technical competencies required for the Role Experienced in Device driver programming
Good to have knowledge of DO-178C, DO-331 standard, MIL DTL - 8785C, MIL DTL 9490E
Exposure to Model Based Development (MATLAB)
Complete knowledge on Time domain and frequency domain analysis
Good to have RTOS (VxWorks)
Should be well versed with configuration tool chain like IBM Rational, Clear case
Should have working knowledge of all the Avionic critical components of the aircraft.

Skills / Specific tool knowledge required for the role Must have knowledge of Python, C, C++, MATLAB, Simulink
