Providing on-call after-hours operational support for critical production processing services. Assisting in the development of operational guidelines and procedures for the daily tasks and overnight close of business processing. Executing the testing, implementation, and coordination required for successful project delivery. Finding opportunities for process improvement through automation techniques including the use of PowerShell and GAMMA. Ensuring timely processing of Close of Business activities. Actively monitoring processes and handling escalation of issues encountered during processing. Ensuring deliverables with 3rd party vendors are completed in a timely fashion. Setting up and verification of batch processing templates for overnight processing. Verifying that all processes from the previous shift operator have been completed and manage any outstanding issues. Raising Incidents as they arise to ensure appropriate Management awareness and understanding. Ensuring that all production incidents and anticipated changes are properly captured using ServiceNow and established organizational change process. Coordinating and scheduling GAMMA release package implementation Providing support for CWBs ATMs and Pin Pads including coordinating with partners to resolve issues, facilitate with installation and track each lifecycle.
