IT Security & Networking Industry-
Candidate will be responsible for selling IT infrastructure related Networking / Security / Storage /Virtualization/ Data Center solutions.
Establish a professional working relationship with decision makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the clients unique business needs.
Responsible for achieving yearly quota for IT infrastructure service solutions.
Exposure and experience in selling to Corporate / Enterprise / SME customer
This position requires excellent communication- written & Interpersonal and good organizational skills.
Will be required to assume complete responsibility of tracking creating and maintaining all proposals.
Strong skills in Microsoft office and knowledge of social marketing
Strong skills in making creative presentations.
Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
Set the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives and ensure the targets are realistic and achievable.
Ensure proper reporting of what the team has done throughout the week or month.
Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and decide the future course of action for his team members.
Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
Responsible for brand promotion among potential and existing customers.
Ensure to make team work as a single unit working towards a common objective.
Ensure team delivers desired results with proper Supervision. Track performances of the team.
Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
