Hiring for Business Development Manager(Inside Sales)/Education Councellor

Job location-Andheri,Mumbai

Intrw process-Direct walkin in office

Salary Date-1st of every month,Carry hard copy CV and Formal dress for interview

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance Environment that focuses on spreading about to help professionals with their interview preparation & getting hired through referrals
2. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (Professionals and students) to set up Meetings, counsel the aspirants and get experts onboard with 
3. Understanding the profile in-depth and promoting it for consultation
4. Actively seeking out new Expert & user growth opportunities through calling, chat, etc
5. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of Inside-sales and direct-sales
6-Work on already generated leads.Only Sales needs to be closed.
7-Must be from Hard core sales background from any Industry
8-Age limit-upto 36
9-Undergrad/Grduate/12th passed/diploma holder .anyone can apply.
10-MIn.6 months hard core sales experience required.

Preferred Skill Sets:
1. Keen interest in Sales & education
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Being interested in mentoring students and knack for sales and positioning an idea

4. Have a personal laptop.In case of NO Laptop,Rental laptop will be provided.

Salary - 4 LPA to 9 LPA (No bar for Rockstar Candidates) + unlimited Incentives
