Roles and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate daily calendars of Directors
2. Plan appointments and events
3. Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients and the senior
management
4. Create regular reports and update internal databases
5. Providing Administrative Support to the Directors
6. Schedule Meetings, Reviews, Appointments, dinners/lunch and Manage Travel Itineraries
7. Coordinating with Departments / HODs and getting the agenda done through them
8. Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
9. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by
boards of directors, committees, and executives. Gathering critical information from meetings
with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
10. Document and manage meeting agendas, notes and minutes, and follow-up items and to be
a liaison and build positive working relationships with team leadership and other cross-
functional stakeholders, including finance, communications, HR, and IT etc.
11. Handle confidential information professionally.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail when handling priorities, projects, and deadlines
4. Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance and skilled in multitasking
across various stakeholder needs.
5. Ability to learn new technologies quickly
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps - Google Calendar, Google Docs and
communication technologies including Zoom, Slack etc.
Working days - 5 (Monday to Friday)
Office timings - 9:30am to 6:30pm (9hrs)
