Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks
• Coordinating interviews with the Business team managers and following up on the interview process status.
• Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. screening to on boarding
• Monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices

Criteria

1) Qualification-Any degree

2) Recruitment experience.

3) Languages :- English+Tamil

4) Salary-2.00 to 2.75 Lakhs

5) Only male candidate
