Recruitment Manager (RPO - International Recruitment)
we are looking for an RPO manager for international recruitment - The team lead Must have 3-4 years of experience in the RPO process excellent communication skills.
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Manage the full recruitment cycle & have knowledge of AI.
Strong Hold on Offer follow-ups.
Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum viz. Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, Institutes, Consultants, etc.
Manage and oversee a team of recruiters, including handling performance management, performance improvement, increasing productivity, reviews, hiring, on-boarding, training, coaching, and counseling.
List job postings on job portals, social media, corporate career websites, and other possible channels.
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
Stay within agreed hiring/onboarding TATs.
Requirements:
Min 4+ years of proven work experience as an End to End Recruitment Coordination (IT and NON-IT)
Excellent communication skills and vendor management skills
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based and behavioural)
Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
Working Days: 5 days
