- Experience 12 Plus years
- Experience working as a Business PM
- Excellent Communication skills Verbal and written
- Experience in talking to Sr Business Stakeholders and coordination with multiple teams
- Should be able to share his/her screen over WebEx and write the discussion in real time while conducting the meeting
- Should have experience on Agile Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
- Should have experience in writing user stories for the requirements provided in any requirement management system
- Experience working as a Business PM in a functional organization
- Experience gathering requirements from business SMEs and documenting the functional requirements
- Knowledgeable in Quality management including Testing Strategy Traceability matrix Test cases and results and documents
- Be able to take initiative and work in an ambiguous setting and be able to understand the concepts and create structure for a project and create a roadmap plan
- Adept in tracking project cost and budget effectively
- Knowledgeable about Change Control process and documentation thereof
- Should be able to project plan using MS project
- Aware and be able to apply Risk Management principles / risk matrix in a large project setting
- Experienced in project status updates on regular cadence and be able to create PPT presentations and present those to project sponsors/teams as needed
Good-to-Have :
- Certifications: Having PMP/PgMP Agile/Scrum Software Product testing certifications will be a plus.
- Knowledge in Health Care/ Wellbeing industry a big plus but not mandatory however curiosity to quickly learn and take ownership of projects is needed.
- Skilled in using Project Management tools like Azure DevOps/Requirements Management System (RMS) and ServiceNow
- Should be able to facilitate meeting with Senior business stakeholder
- Should be able to share screen and take down meeting notes or requirements in real time so that the meeting participants can see and correct (if required) the notes during the meeting
- Should be able to create user stories in Azure or any other requirement management system
- Should be able to communicate effectively with different team and get the desired output for the project
