Understanding Planning & Scheduling Given By Project Manager For Concern Project
Preparing Action Plan & Schedules of Manpower & Material as Per The Planning & Schedules Given By Project Manager
Ensuring Project Progress Time to Time
Random Checking of On-site Ongoing Work for Best Output & less Wastage
Tracking Day To Day Planning & Preparation of Next Day Planning
Ensure checklist filled by Engineers & Supervisors
Raise Requirement To Purchase For Material Requirement Well In Advance
Material Request To Purchase Department
Liaisons with Agencies For On-time Work Completion or Issue Solution
Understanding of Drawings & Acknowledge Changes To Planning Department With Remarks In Drawing
Ensure Safety of All Site Individuals To Avoid On-site Accidents
Control & Ensure Wastage of Material As Well As Rework
Execution of Task on time exactly as per instructions from engineers
Supervision of Quality Work completions (Flooring, Slab, Celling, Plaster, Water Proofing, Color, Furniture, Plumbing)
Reporting to Engineer for work completed and indicate material requirement well in advance
Keep track of Safety Measures, ensure all the safety standards are maintained and followed by Workers
Keep control on material wastage and ensure proper utilization of materials
Proper supervision of Contractor's work
Ensure proper presence of manpower of contractor and in case of deviations, inform to Jr. Eng.
Ensure Contractors complete the assigned task on time, accurately and maintaining proper quality standards
Ensure proper Cleanliness and arrangement of materials at Work place
Ensure all the workers are using safety precaution at all stage
Checking Quality of all material before unloading & incase of Quality defer, Communicate with Site Store Executive & Site Chief Engineer
Random Check of Security Register To Ensure Material Entry As Well As Site Visitors Details
Guidance to Engineers, Supervisors For Desired Quality Result
Reports Collection From Engineers Related to Daily On-site Manpower
