Proven experience as a Collection and Billing specialists
Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Comfortable working with targets
Patience and ability to manage stress
Skilled in negotiation
Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
Excellent communication
Results-driven and patient
Make outbound calls to corporate clients who had taken the service of the company.
Route calls to appropriate resource / concerned Manager.
Follow up with Clients / make reminder calls as and when needed.
Well versed with interacting with clients on calls and mails
